I just pulled the tray out of mine today to install
the MTX thunderform. Mine had five screws holding it
in. Two are hidden in the cup holders under a piece
of rubber.

I'm not sure if removing the quarter panels is
necessary, but I did. Just remove the shoulder belt
strap and the two small screws in back. Also pull up
the door sill trim to allow it to come out. The only
thing left after that are some of the push holders.

Did anyone have any problems with the bolt holes not
lining up on the MTX thunderform? When I put a couple
bolts in one side the other side bolts were off by
an inch or so.

I think you have to remove everything (back & sides)
from the back of the
cab.
