The 5.9 makes it's torque and horsepower lower in the powerband, which means
you actually use it in daily driving. I wouldn't get the 4.7 in a Ram
without the stick. The truck is just too heavy. A typical Ram regular cab
4x4 weighs in at around 5000 pounds. If you get the stick you could wind it
out some, otherwise the 4.7 would get tired quick.
