Well Bob, since mine is still sitting in my freakin' formal living room and
not on my truck!!!!!!, I can tell you that unless you cut the
undercarriage/structure of the hood out, it won't give you anymore clearance

I've seen quite a few pictures of this hood on Gen III Daks.
What I can't make out is if this hood gives a bit more
clearance with an air intake than that of a stock hood.
