I dont know of any cooling problems with the 4.7L either. I have run mine
hard with the supercharger and have never had a over heat problem. In fact my
warm up is actually just a little longer than it was with the OEM t'stat.
Maybe 2-3 minutes longer to reach running temp. This is due to the bypass not
being closed anymore when the thermostat is closed. Never had a check engine
light either. Bill
