Getting a FSM is a good idea. I had to change my water pump in a
campground a few years back and that made the job much easier..
I recommend pulling the radiator to give more working room. Also, NAPA
and other suppliers have a fan clutch wrench kit that makes taking the fan
clutch off a cinch or it was for my 1995 DAK with maxcool system. It's
pricey but worth it.
Don't know about the Flowkooler but my original pump had a bolted on pully
and the
replacement had a pressed on one which required a different method of
tightening the
fan clutch. I've since made a tool for it.
