why don't you just try and throw that in there face...just go to the dealer
and tell them that you have talked to both the FTC and Sema and say the both
of them will back you 100%...it's worth a try...the dealer just might get
scared and service it. Or try going to another dealer...I bet one would...I
think Spitzer Dodge on the east side of Columbus would probably...I take
mine there and love them...They even give me discounts now...just don't buy
one from them...

Subject: DML: Voided Warranty? FINAL UPDATE
Well, I spoke to the FTC. I'm screwed. I was right, according
to the guy I spoke to; because of the single line in the service
contract that says, "any vehicle altered from original
manufacturer specifications" is "ineligible" for a service
contract they can legitimately cancel my contract. What a crock.
I know a lot of people wrote back and said they were able to
work some magic with their dealers and I appreciate the input.
In this case, I have no pull with the dealer; I just moved here
and they don't see me a vaulued customer. And the service
contract people at Chrysler are no better. I guess I just
picked the wrong dealer to go to; in Vegas, the dealer I went to
just fixed whatever needed to be fixed. This guy here at this
little podunk dealership instantly called up Chysler and had an
inspector sent. Where's the love? Oh well, I've got some time
next week . . . on to Project: Water pump (and more). Thanks
for the support.
