Durango a deal??

I have worked this dealer for a 2002 Durango 4.7 SLT+ , 4X4 for the cost of
29,500, they had it marked up to 37,000 yes 37,000 dollars and no leather.
but loaded to the hilt.Is this a great deal?? I feel it is, I am still
keeping my Dak. Invoice from what they showed me was 30,500.00$
