Yuri,

With the engine running that hot, and the other problems you've
posted...this isn't just related to the t'stat. What type of fuel are
you running, how much total timing are you taking out (too much can also
over heat an engine), what type of manifold?

Subject: DML: BEST 180 thermostat ???? Robert Shaw? - Jet 180?

Since my engine is running SUPER HOT, tomorrow I will try to do the
radiator
flush, tune up, and a new thermostat.

Now my question is, which 180 thermostat is best to use for a vorteched
application? I hear Robert Shaw or Jet 180 are the best but I really
need
the most reliable, balaced, and cold!

Thanks in advance
