I know performance accessories makes a 3" body lift for i believe around
$160. this will allow you to run with larger tires, just don't know how
large. this kit has been used by many and is of good quality too.

Subject: DML: Lift Kit and Tire Question...

It's coming time for me to get new tires and I originally wanted to get
larger tires. I currently have the stock 30x10.5x15 Goodyears and I really
like the BFG All Terrain TA KO 32 x 11.5 x 15 tires. To do this, I believe
that I need to get a lift kit.

I don't mind some rubbing, but I will need to turn most of the way to back
out of the parking garage.

I don't have much money to spend for a kit, and Suspension kits I've looked
at (briefly) were 1000 + before installation. I've found some body lift
kits that start at $200-300 and was wondering if that was a good deal.

My truck is already out of warranty (44k in 2.5 years) so a lift isn't that
much of a bother, just the cost and the installation factor. I also plan on
getting everything once income tax comes in and installed before Jon's BBQ
in July.

Thanks!
