V6 timing chain noise - TSB?

Hey all,

I'll be taking my Dakota to the dealer to have them do
some work, and while it's there I'm going to try and
have them fix my timing chain. It's got the infamous
'97 V6 noisy timing chain.

Does anyone know of a TSB number or anything else I can
use as ammunition, in case they don't want to cover this
under my extended warranty? From what I understand,
they're supposed to install a tensioner to prevent this
problem from happening again. Is this true?
