I performed this procedure on my '99 Dakota this weekend and it works
great. My friend has a '98 Dakota with a separate headlight switch, which
means he has an extra connector and he does not have the same color wires.
Even after probing the wires with a test light, I cannot figure out how to
wire
his truck so the fog lights stay on with the hi-beams. Since I am not a DML
member right now, would you be willing to post my question to the list and
see if anyone would reply to me off-line to answer my question? Thanks.

That paragraph was not very clear about where I find these two
connectors. Is it behind the headlights or somewhere else?
