Tonneau Covers Suggestions?

Greetings,

I am looking at buying a Dakota Quad Cab in the next week, and one of the
most important accessories I am going to get first is either a Hard Tonneau
cover, or some sort of low profile tool box and a soft cover for the
remainder of the bed.

Any and all suggestions, URLs, and whatever would be appreciated.
