Electrical Hell... Please Help!!!

Sorry to sound so desperate, but I am.

My 5.2 wont start, and if jumped, wont run well, or with the proper amount
of volts. New alternator, new optima yellow top, cleaned and de-oxidized
fuse and relay terminals. Here is what has been going on in depth:
