Sam,
Could you check on those rocker for me? I was just wanting the rockers
for less friction at the 2800 - 3300 rpms the engine is at while I tow on the
highway. Never really thought about the extra h.p. and torque. That would
also be very handy. :o).. If you could get a price on both of the Crowers
1.6s and 1.7s I will make a decision on which to go with. I already have JBA
headers, Flowmaster catback, Airaid air intake, Flowmetrics T.B., Jacobs
ignition, ASP underdrive pulley and a IAT adjuster. So if you want to
recommend 1.6s or 1.7s fell free.
Thanks again,
Mike Stepp

Not true... Running a set of 1.7s on a stock engine will add 5-10 hp,
and a good bit of torque (20-30 ft. lbs. est.)
I sell Crower 1.6/1.7s... The setup for V6 may or maynot have the guide
plates (so for applications under 5500 rpm only on V6). Crower does not
sell the V8 without the guideplates anymore. If you are interested,
email me and I'll check pricing for you.
