the 97-00 are a good choice, there are alot of aftermarket parts for these
years...

There are several good reasons to buy a 97-00. First off on a 4x4 you can
get a lift. The newer daks don't have that option as of yet. The only
problems I've had w/ mine was the rear end going out and the evap. core on
the A/C. My truck is an auto so I don't know what to tell you about the 5
