I wasnt sure if I should involve a lawyer or not but at this point I beleive I will at least consult one. Last night after returning from the taekwondo tourny I was taking the kids to, I wrote down what I rememberd in a ("business" like wording and just stating the facts and stuff as I remembered it. I called averified that there was in fact an officer with the name and badge number in the dept. He was so rude that I seriously was thinking he may have been an imposter or something) Funny thing is my wife mentioned later that she expected him to jump out with his gun drawn after the actions he took. I had the exact same feeling. I thought maybe there was a case of an alert out on a truck similar or something.
Another question. he never asked for registration or insurance .. I thought they were supposed to?
He only pointed out the speeding infraction and never the eluding infraction. Do I have something there? theres even more to the story but trying be brief here.
I will follow up on the camera. I can only hope that he did, that would take care of it all!. Oh ya, If you all ever wondered who wrote the drivers manuel in Colorado.. I know it it was, the officer told me that it was him..
