Oh well, people around here just want to throw their weight around. BTW,
the neighbor drives a merc. moutaineer.
As for the law, we've tried our best to not park in the streets and it's a
fairly large cul-de-sac. but the law is the law.
I just didn't like the fact that the guy came at me like he wanted to fight
and started a huge verbal fight (on his part, because I didn't even once
yell at him) in front of all my friends AND in front of his kid.
I think he has problems, but that has nothing to do with the law.

PS. but IF.. he backed out and hit me. whose fault? Does anyone know
exactly what the law book says?
