Years back I was planning this out with a friend for an MGB. Only MAJOR
issue was exhaust would have to go up & forward to go down, around and
back.

If you want killer, stuff a 289 in there. They spin up much quicker
than the 302's and are smaller than the SB Chevy's. :)
