Weird engine codes on a 97, 318 Dak

Tried pulling codes on my truck today and got the typical 12 and 55, great.
Thought I'd try doing the same thing while holding down the trip/odometer
button.
First a "chec" came up then the dash dials did their thing and I pulled a
950 and a 999. I don't know what these codes are so could anyone explain to
me what they mean or where I could go to find this out?
