Fisrt of all, you'd hafta get to a Science & Technical Information (STINFO)
Library to get the correct Technical Manual (TM) associated with this
vehicle. This, in turn will point you to the component part numbers - BY
DRAWING. Then you may have to request the drawings from someone on a
Military
Installation, unless you can find then on-line. After that you'll need
access to a rather large capacity machine shop & really good welding
facility. Most of the outside of this "Teaker" is probably 1" flame - cut
low-carbon/good-weldability, steel armor plating, available at any local
metals distributor. The breech ring, which looks like the "business end" has
been flame - cut off, is a high yield strength alloy steel ( SAE4340)
forging, & probably not readily available. The same goes for the breech
block - which is gone. I can't tell if the "tube" has been "de-milled" but
that also is a high yield strength alloy steel ( SAE4340) drop or rotary
forging. The tube can be forged & heat - treated locally at Watervliet
Arsenal - IF you can come up with a trepanned ingot & have a good stash of
dough to pay for the NC programming, manufacturing hours, rifling broaches,
specialized threading inserts & Quality Control inspection.
Can't help ya with the tracks, but the process for obtaining the drawing is
the same.

DAK content: Has anybody put 32x11.50 tires on the Gen III alloy wheels
without any problems?
