Yup...totally agree. If your doing any type of head work...invest the
money in either a new set of Mopar head bolts (I prefer ARP). Don't
forget to chase the threads in the block as well (clean them).

no, but it can cause them to break while torquing ;-)

FYI, I paid <$20 for a new set of OEM head bolts from the dealer... if
you're building for a lot of ponies, go ahead and install a set of head
studs.
