Hey Fellas,
I've got a Hurst shifter sitting in my front room on the floor. If you want
any measurements off it, just let me know. I haven't installed it yet.
Rich - Ashburn, VA
PS. Maybe you can tell me what gaskets came with the shifter, as I am minus
these. Thanks!

Robert,
I even took the stick out of the tower and set the tower on the tranny
with the bottom of the stick in the socket & the pivot ball was up by the
same 1/4" thickness. I even went to the dealer and looked at the gasket for
my tranny and it was right, then I compared the amount the socket ball stuck

down below the tower and it was 1/4" longer than the OEM.
Now you got me wondering if Hurst put the wrong stub shifter in the
tower
that I got. WEIRD HUH? Bill
