yes the JET chip does work on a stock or mildly modified
3.9, although I suspect it may be better suited to a more heavily modified
3.9. I am currently working to test this
theory on my 2001 3.9/42RE. I did notice a improvement
with the shift firmness with just the chip.
I also added a RAVEN catback exhaust and a
K@N gen 2 fipk after the chip was installed and had the
3.9 dyno tested and showed a rwhp of 132 and rwtq of
188 with now other changes.
