Thanks for all the symathy. I'm not so sure I have any choice in what to
do. I was speeding I'm sure, and that's what the ticket is for. Anything
else brought up in court has nothing to do with the speeding (at least it
shouldn't). As Miles said if I take traffic school, the record goes away.
If I fight the ticket, I loose the traffic school option (Now that I say
that out loud it sounds like an unjust policy).

I don't have a problem with the cop asking me about the tires, but some
dectiveness on his part would have proved real quick they we're mine. In
fact the other cop mentioned that they were bald race tires and could see
that my wheels on the truck had recently been changed from the hand prints
on the brake dust.

Also a few people mentioned the radar gun. He said he paced me.

Well, we'll see if I can find the misplaced ticket now, last I saw it the
cat had it in his mouth heading for the kichen, then go to court tomorrow.

sigh, not in the mood for this on my 65hour work week.
