popping noise from front...(what do I need to fix it...not crappy dodge stuff)

I am getting sick of this popping noise from the front end. It does it when
I pull in a parking spot and I completely stop and the front end raises a
little. it does it terribly when I go over rough pavement. It may do it
when I turn but not positive on that. What do I need and where do I get it.
Also roughly how much will this cost.

I prefer non Mopar parts unless they are good! not like what I have...
