I figured out what caused it. This am was only the 3rd time driving since a
PCM reset on Saturday after I did Bruce's suggestion of splitting the Z-tube
Air intake with 18 awg Metal strip.I will post results after I 've had more
saddle time(but so far mid-range butt dyno feels stronger, but that might
just be the PCM reset). The bouncing idle was because this am from the cold
I had the defrost on which bumps the idle to 900 whenever its turned on.
Then I switched to Panel/floor 5 minutes later which always drops the Idle
back to 600. So the PCM was still trying to figure out whats what when it
was bouncing at the next stop. To test it on the way home I turned on the
defrost. Stopped, idled at 900 drove with it off completely then turned on
the panel heat. The pcm had the idle at 900 then went to 1200 when I put the
defrost on again. Then I drove 15 minutes and its back to normal. Just an
FYI for you who reset after a mod and experience erratic idle for a day or
two.

(32 for Seattle) Could this be the cause? One way to work

900 the whole time at a drive thru.
