My 2000 Quadcab w/5.9 V8 is off just a little too. I was thinking it was
because of the added tire/handling package and the doohickey wasn't adjusted
(if there is a difference) for tire diameter. My first good highway trip,
the overhead computer figured I got 15.6. I only stopped once and that was
actually to get gas at another station. The sticker says 12 city and 17
highway so I was a little concerned about it and remembered that we were
traveling roughly 70 mph at most times. Well, when I did the math I believe
the mileage was more like 17.2 - 17.8 mpg based on miles driven and fuel
used.
