You should be able to hear if the pump it running or not (high pitched
whine). I would start the truck and keep my ear near the pump to hear if the
pump is slowing, stopping , or changing pitch. Did you check the tank for any
contaminents that might be getting pulled up to the pump and blocking the
flow?
