Well, It's like this. Anytime you have to deal with the public you're got
problems. Some people are nice and considerate and some are real impatient
azzholes but you got to treat then all the same.
The bad thing is, "WE" as customers expect the poor shmuck behind the
counter to know as much about our Dakotas as we do. So does every other
customer he has. Now, how many cars, trucks & years and models are there.
