well, I finally got around to a temporary fix for my V8 TB swap, accelerator
cable slack problem.
I opened the TB bores to full (WOT), and pushed gas pedal to floor and with
the excess cable at the pedal, I placed a wire clamp thingy to fill the
space from the excess slack, about 1/2 inch of slack! tada, I now have some
power.
now, it still doesn't feel as though it's shifting right, probably cause I
messed with the TV cable before : (
will drive like this till it breaks!
anyone know how to mod the V6 TB cable to fit the V8???
