Hey Bob,
I had the same thing happen to me when I replaced the last shocks except it
happened on to bolts. What I wound up doing after I got the broken bolts out
was going to the local Napa with a good bolt in hand. They matched up the
diameter, but not the thread. So I bought a tap and four bolts with washers
and went to town. The tap worked very easily and the bolts have shown no
signs of loosening up.
