thanks for the link. the intake system for the 4.7 is a bit different
though. however, i did find a pretty detailed page with one for the 4.7.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for as far as an intake...but
www.gibsdakota.com will give you the parts list for making your own...I
used his info and made one for myself...cost only $50 as compared to
$170 for an AIRAID and it does essentially the same thing...only it
doesn't have the pretty sticker on it...check his page out and see if
that will work for you...like I said I made one myself for my truck and
I noticed a difference right off the bat...but I don't know if there is
any difference between the intake needed for a 4.7 and a 3.9... I have a
