That's the bad thing about liners . . . they trap moisture
between your bed and the plastic and over time (in combination
with slowly wearing through the paint) they'll rust your bed.
Only thing to do is ditch it in favor of a Line-X/Rhino/etc
spray-on type liner or a carpet kit. Sorry.
