Walmart spark plugs?

Is there is any difference in the Autolites you buy at Walmart compared
to the ones at Pep Boys, etc?

Also, just to make sure before I put them in Saturday, the 3923's will
work fine on a 4.7l engine correct? When I looked at the parts catalog
it only seemed to list the 3923's for the 5.2 and 5.9 engines 1999 and
older. Just wanna make sure it's gonna be kosher...
