Had the same trouble on a Honda Accord Sensor once..boxend wrench with a
breaker bar finally made it give up. Good advice from Steve, (as
usual). Rascal

Ensure the engine is cold.
Quirt penetration oil at the O2 seal and the manifold.
Disconnect the battery cables.
Disconnect the O2 connector wires
Use a close-end box wench.
Run the wire through the close-end and over the O2 nut ring.

Now remember, the wench cannot be a small length type.

Use a hammer to tap the open-end portion of the wench (not to hard)
until the O2 begins to move in a anti-clockwise direction.

Last night I tried to replace my oxygen sensor, and it seems its really
stuck in there. Its the factory sensor, and it needs replaced because
now my check engine light is on and i'm getting codes related to it. I
got the special wrench from Auto Zone when I got the sensor, and I tried
everything from using a cheater bar to giving it a shot of PB, and still
its not bugdging.

Does anyone have any ideas on getting this puppy out? My knucles cant
take any more!
