Hop,
  I'm not sure about the backspacing...I got my rims and tires from
www.discounttiredirect.com of course I got 18" rims and low profile tires,
but they should carry something more along the lines of what you want...the
shipping is free...Mine came regular old ground freight and it took only 4
days to get them as they have 4 different warehouses all over the US. Also
you may want to look into www.tirerack.com you may find something there as
well.
