I received my OBD I scanner today and what I found was that the O2 sensor was
fluctuating from .08 v. (lean) to .48 volts (center) to .92 volts (rich) and
everywhere in between, as fast as you can read it. Is this normal for an o2
sensor?
Also, my rpm's fluctuate slightly as this is occurring, which is what made me
think it's not normal. The only time it's steady is when it's idling and it
reads rich (hot cam maybe?).
