I don't see any really abnormal readings. A bit hard to say
as the engine is still in warm up mode and open loop.

Do you have an auto.? I'm just wondering if it's been
hooked it up properly i.e. something is preventing
the crankshaft from turning above 800 rpm. ... maybe
tranny or converter are locked up right from the get-go?
