  Yes, my '96 came with a front swaybar. You can probably find an OEM
one if you look through enough junkyards. Or, you can try some of the
on-line salvage places (see the DML FAQ for URLs, www.dakota-truck.net/faq)

  I haven't priced them recently, but you can probably pick up a set
of aftermarket front and rear anti sway bars for $300 or so.
