It happens every so often. Mainly due to the oil filter (anti-drainback
valve) and lifters. Mine has done this since day-one (even with Mopar
Performance lifters or Crower Lifters). I just run either a WIX,
Mobil-1, or Bosch oil filter and it clears the problem up. If the
vehicle did sit for an extended period of time (as in more than 3-4
days)...the lifters may have bled down slightly and "clack" for the
first few seconds...but no more than a few seconds.
