You can lookup a transaction up to 90 days after it has ended as long as you
haven't left feedback for them yet.
Go to "My E-Bay" and login - then select the "Feedback" tab, and you'll see
a button that will check all of the transactions for the last 90 days for
which you haven't left feedback. When you click on this button you'll see
the transaction numbers for any pending items.
