O2 sensor - how to remove?

I'm trying to change my forward O2 sensor and not having much luck.
I've got some WD-40 soaking on it right now but aside from that, there's
no room to work up there! The Y-pipe and transmission pan seem to be in
the way.

Is there an easy way to get at this thing?
