Steve,

Not trying to be negative towards you and I hope you didn't take it that
way. I just have a hard time thinking they are gonna sell it for that price.
Now if they do well that dak has a pretty good chance of taking a walk. I'm
really into the Mini Cooper S (I know probably not your thing) but that
would do me fine as a daily driver and have the SRT-10 as another toy. I
never doubted about them selling it since when you went to the dodge website
a couple of months ago and read about it they even stated it would be a
production vehicle in the future. From this I would never think they would
wait to long. I have a couple of old cars that I like to drive but cannot
drive that much due to the collector car insurance. Unfortunatly this is
where my toy money usually goes that is why I would have a hard time dumping
$50k on a regular cab pickup even if it has the viper drivetrain. I could do
a hell of a buildup on my old '96 dak and have alot more fun for the dollar.
But at the cheaper price it becomes a steal. I would like that then I could
drivve a bad ass toy when I want and not when the insurance company says so.
Oh, the pricing you have I would say is defiantly closer to the actual
selling price than I listed for the viper. I got the pricing I had from the
dodge website which is just suggested and you know as well as me that on
most cars that is high except high performance toys which always are more.
