Thanks guys... but I guess I should have posted the number of the first TSB
done. It was the #19-05-99, this did nothing at all to help fix the problem.
The next thing done was the column was replaced, we're guessing this would
be the intermediate shaft, and also another TSB. After this was done the
popping wasn't as loud as what it had been before.

Just to explain when this happens a little better...
While barely moving forward or reverse and slightly turning the steering
wheel to either side the pop is heard and felt. This happens without even
turning the steering wheel to a tight turn.
