You could do a V8, 1999 Setup... You'll need to remove your Cruise, relocate
it... Cut a hole in the head shield... Not too bad (did it on my '00).

Not emissions legal (no EO # for that model year)... No biggie, visually
fine-- keep your stock setup for any smog testing. Swap the stock stuff
back on. That's it.
