I bought mine used so it didn't come with any hardware, but I am almost
positieve you will have to make a run to the hardware store and get longer
bolts and washers to put it in. The holes are hard to line up, some people
have redrilled them, but I found if you push on it hard enough they will
eventually line up. Also the side panels (covering the rear speakers) will
have to be removed. It wasn't really hard to get in, just time consumming.
It rocks though. I have 2 Orion XTR 3's powered by 2 Orion HCCA 225 amps and
it sounds better than the hatchback style box that was built by Orion
specifically for my subs !
