No, and yes.
It is nothing more that brake fluid, which attracts water. Flush and fill
just as you would your brakes. There is a bleeder on the slave cylinder.
A Mity Vac (vacuum brake bleeder) makes it easy. they are 20-30 bucks at the
Zone, etc.
