What about one of those reverse drill type of setups. I was looking at
one from sears which looks like it just digs in and pulls it out. I had
some beefy teeth on it. Don't know just a thought.

Hi Ray - ya know what I wish it was that simple. The problem is that
there really is nothing left that looks like the head of a bolt. The
truck was used for plowing snow in New England winters for 12 years.
When I bought her - the brackets where the bolts are secured - were
filled with sand, dirt and rust. After cleaning it out real good I
realized that all the nut buster in the world wouldnt help. Which is why

I am looking at drilling them out.
