Jeff,
Contact the FTC and give them all the information. They'll be able to
help out quite a bit...especially when the dealer gets a phone call from
them.
If you have records of the mileage before the initial flash...and
obviously you have them after...and along with the initial service
request (since you were in for something totally unrelated), you should
have a pretty good case.

Unfortuantly I have already done this and have got nowhere. I have had
thee area rep come out and that was a complete joke. I called Chrysler
and was totally blown off. Wish I could win a million bucks so I could
park it on there service drive and burn it. BTW, I have also been to
several other dealers that have tried to help but they all get to a
certain point and quit. I have a feeling the area reap may have done
more harm than good (i.e. screwed me).
