ok.. for some reason i have to fix the bathroom in my girlfriends house..
but a little problem here..
i ripped off the wall paper using this excellent stuff from home depot
called "Dep" or something like that, and the wallpaper came right offf..
well in the process of this, i saw that the walls had been painted before
and the paint was starting to peel off of the wall..
i can literally take the paint and pull it off the wall like a giant
sticker...
now for the question:
should i continue to rip/peel the old paint off the wall before doing
anything else?? or should i just sand the walls and not rip anymore off,
and just repaint over it ?
